You agree to pay the fees for package that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Netbanking, mobile wallet, etc) for those fees. SIE works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in our country and to keep your payment information secure. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method.
In any instance where a company made the payment successfully but the reference number is not generated then, the company must immediately contact the organization with the proof of the payment, we will guide you for further process.
We don’t offer clients the facility of credit. Company has to pay the complete fees of the package at the time of registration; without complete payment the reference number will not be generated and company will not be enrolled for the selected package.
Also, we don’t have any policy regarding refunds. Once you are registered successfully, we will not pay you back the fees amount of the selected package in case if you wish to discontinue with the package.
